FAIR WARNING!! Simple job to install valve stem on dually camper. Mounted tire and just 500 miles later had loud cracking in rear. Pulled over and my tires were about to fall off! Had this happened at 65mph who knows what would have happened, but was coming off exit ramp. Road tech came out pulled wheel to find all 8 studs had snapped and stated improper torque or under-torque of wheels as noted by damage to stud holes in rim (need a new rim). Went to the location in Lakeside and worked with Roger and Jeff. Both very knowledgeable. I was quoted less here than I was at other area auto shops. The general time frame they gave me was accurate and I had my car back by the end of the work day. A friend recommended them to me since he visits one of the other store locations (Ironbridge).. he has never had one complaint with his local Seredni shop. I will be back. Thanks Seredni's!
After getting my oil changed at a local dealer ship and getting a list of so called maintenance items I took my car to Seredni tire in lakeside... I gave them the list provided by the dealership... To my surprise most of the items weren't due for quite a few miles... Also the price was substantially less... I found the family owned company to be super helpfull friendly and knowledgable.. I appreciate the honesty of there approach... I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!
