Sere worked with us on both the buy-side and the sell-side. She was extremely prompt in her responses at all times. When we visited properties, she was always impeccably dressed and overall helped us make a good impression with other agents and sellers (or buyers). Sere's team was wonderful to work with. They were incredibly patient with my requests and in helping me pick out the right place for a new home as a first time buyer (we searched for at least half a year, and through different regions in different boroughs of New York City). I appreciated that they were honest with me in my search, and didn't just tell me something because it was something I would've liked to hear / or something that would've secured a sale faster (without performing all the necessary diligence).
