Dr Serdahely is easy to talk with; takes time, explains what’s wrong, what to expect, and has good follow through. I had an esophageal procedure by him at Holland Hospital. Everything went like expected and on schedule. Couldn’t ask for more.

Dr Serdayly is amazing and caring. His staff is horrible and if you do not have insurance but did and are willing to pay cash, good luck getting an appointment even when you are an established patient. Been trying to get in since November for an appointment. Got a call about a appointment opening but I had an hour to get there. Having a wee one and living 30 mins there was no way. Still waiting for an appointment and my illness is getting worse. They do not care
