I am one of 6 employees that was injured at Serco because of all the safety issues in less than one year. One dieing from Cancer from breathing all the grinding dust from the wheels that are clearly labeled MAY CAUSE CANCER. The owner forced most of them to be go to clinics where he paid cash so that OSHA would not find out. They consider 50⁰-110⁰ to be climate controlled. Most employees are illegal or felons. Really good place to work. My direct boss "Jim" is a really good guy to work for, very knowledgble at his trade. The owner "Greg" is a very business minded and is constantly trying to grow the business. We weld, machine, paint, laser cut steel, form steel and other precision manufactured parts. Quality is a HIGH PRIORITY at Serco Mfg.
