I had a poor experience. They are quick to do the mitigation and demo, slow to do the work to put everything back together. They claim they will work with your insurance on your behalf. I was on the phone with the claims adjuster much more than I should have trying to mitigate between them due to SerClean's elevated repair prices. I do not recommend this company.
