Eric is a great motivator that leads by example with and is awesome to work with. His system works. It worked for me.
Eric is a great coach and his gym is amazing. New equipment, high roof, spacious. Well organized and super satisfied with the training. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good gym. No matter who and what you are, just go there and move!!!
