I was diagnosed with degenerative disk disease and was in a lot of pain. I could hardly walk or get up out of a chair when I was referred to SERC PT in Bella Vista, AR. My therapist was so very nice and patient with me as she worked me through my exercises. I just finished with my therapy yesterday and can't believe how easy it was to do the exercises and how much better I feel. I intend to continue to do the exercises to assure I stay free of pain as well as keep my mobility.
I highly recommend Ashley and SERC Physical Therapy. I started going to see Ashley 6 months ago I had knee replacement surgery because I had lost my range of motion. Using manual therapy and different exercises she helped me improve my range of motion to 120+ degrees and to maintain it. I am thrilled with the results.
Great experience at this SERC! Ashley provides the best service and is super helpful in providing relief for my pain. Wasn’t too sure about physical therapy but she is making it a painless process where I am seeing great results. Would recommend SERC and Ashley for all your physical therapy needs!
