I am writing this review for my husband. He was referred to SERC for vestibular therapy with Emily after a fall during severe vertigo episode. We both think Emily was the best therapist he could have asked for. She was very knowledgeable and also very kind and supportive. She helped us through a difficult time and even made therapy fun!
I was directed to SERC after a nasty fall. I was having lower back problems on my right side. I saw Kristin first who, I think, did an excellent job of diagnosis on what was needed to help my body. She tried several things until she felt she had the correct exercises for my situation. They have been working. I saw Wade just once, but after going through my exercises with him, he proceeded to add a couple more that are working. Since then, I have been seeing Emily.
