I've called twice and nobody answers the phone. They make you enter in your ZIP code and then the phone continues to ring with no one picking up.
My go-to for furnace/AC. Always very reliable and the best prices I’ve come across. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. One of the few teams I fully trust. Cannot recommend them more!
My air conditioning went out, and these guys were really responsive. They quickly discovered the problem and got the parts to repair it. My family was back to cool in no time.
Tim is extremely prompt and kind! We’ve had him come to our house a few times now, and he was so patient with all of my husbands continuous questions. Each time my husband called him, he answered right away (even in the evenings), answered a ton of his questions, and was even willing to do a video chat with my husband to see what was going on. Tim came out very fast both times as well. I highly recommend him, and it is clear that he cares about his customers and his business.
Made an appointment for someone to come give an estimate for an in floor heat boiler system. I was told they'd be here Saturday morning (August 14, 2021). I sat waiting until 12:30, then tried calling them to see if they were still coming. Nobody answered, nobody called me, nobody showed up. Just ghosted me.
