If I could give Mark ever star in the milky way!!!! I bought a bfg-50A second hand and day 1 the bolt broke I sent it off and Mark sent back the gun with a new hard case, a new bipod, new charging handle, and magazine...I never sent any of those with the gun to save on shipping.... he upgraded to the new bolt and ALL WITH NO CHARGE!!!!it runs flawless the experience from working with Serbu, shooting it, and showing it to my friends; its worth every penny !!!!
I bought 2 $2900 rifles that showed up 6 months late, scratched, gouged, rattly and one was non functional. The hammer won’t latch back. When I politely requested for them to fix it, Mark S. got back to me two weeks later with an incredibly rude and condescending email telling me I wasn’t using it right and being defensive. Their resolution was sending me a new hammer after a month and making me take my brand new rifle to a gunsmith at my own expense. This might be the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
