I bought 2 $2900 rifles that showed up 6 months late, scratched, gouged, rattly and one was non functional. The hammer won’t latch back. When I politely requested for them to fix it, Mark S. got back to me two weeks later with an incredibly rude and condescending email telling me I wasn’t using it right and being defensive.
