I called the studio before coming and was very impressed by the warmth and information. The studio is beautiful, welcoming and clean. The class matched its description, and was perfect for me. I overheard that the teacher was a sub and everyone who regularly attended loved it. I was able to connect with the studio owner Molly, after class and had a lovely welcome packet waiting for me after class. She was wonderful and I enjoyed meeting Lady too. After coming in for the occasional massage (which have always been fantastic with Macen and Jason!) and acupuncture with Michael, I decided to bite the bullet and get the monthly service and yoga membership. Oh my goodness - now that I have added the various yoga and meditation classes to my self-care routine, I feel like I am at a wellness retreat that I can come to every week (or day, even)! Updated review since I have been attending for a couple of months now. I have been able to attend a wide range of classes I appreciate the opportunity to learn so many different aspects of yoga. I also appreciate the knowledge and care that the instructors bring to each session. I look forward to walking in the door. I always receive a friendly reception. The yoga studio is beautiful with great natural light. When I leave I feel refreshed.
