Massage was great. Facility was peaceful. If you are concerned about being around non-vaccinated people, make sure you understand their mask policy. Non-vaccinated guests AND employees must wear masks. I didn’t understand the employees could be non-vaccinated when I went back for my massage. Had I understood this, I wouldn’t have scheduled this spur of the moment massage. I am in a high risk category, this is a safety concern for me.

Beware of predatory memberships. I have been a Serasana customer for several years and previously held a membership. During a difficult time when I was caring for a sick family member, I spoke with a staff member at the front desk about my situation. She was kind and suggested that I pause my membership, which I did based on her guidance. However, at no point was I informed that canceling my membership was an option. Love this place! Everyone is so friendly. There’s also lots of fun stuff to purchase.
Really great yoga classes so far, and the staff was really helpful and flexible and revolving a pass issue for me.
