Arrived for 9am appt. Waited till 945 and was told I was being worked into schedule because I was placed on emergency list I informed them the appt was made 2 weeks ago? 2 week emergency?
The office has changed since Dr. De la Rosa retired and Dr. Martinez took over. Example: If they text you and don't reply to confirm then when you show up they won't see you. Fyi they never use to do that and they never sent a notice ,email or text to let us know the new procedures but that's not their problem. Staff is not friendly and when the dentist comes in (other than Dr. Martinez) they don't say hi. They just go straight to look at the computer. Dr. De la Rosa is a great dentist.
My mom would bring me here as a child and Dentist Delarosa has done a very great job so now as an adult I went this month for my cleaning everything went great BUT since I need dental work the insurance procces is very bad they submitted papers and didn't send my xrays, it's going to be about a month and still waiting for this office to get in contact with me fyi I already know what is covered I had to call my insurance........I still have to wait for them to tell me what I know so I can get scheduled.....
