I recently had dental implant work done with Dr. Seraderian. He is an experienced and skilled dentist who is a master of his craft. Grateful also to Rima for assisting me in all of my insurance matters.
Very pleasant new patient experience. The staff is courteous and professional. Exam by Dr. Seraderian was very thorough. He took the necessary time to get my medical history, explain the results of his examination, and go over my x-rays with me. He also seems very aware of possible patient apprehension and discomfort and makes an effort to put you at ease. At the end of the appointment the front desk receptionist reviewed my new insurance coverage with me, which was appreciated.
Me, my wife and our daughter became patients of Dr. Seraderian 25 years ago when we lived in Watertown and it was only 10 minutes drive to the Belmont Dental Esthetics. Now we live in a different city and it takes us more than one hour but for the all dental care we need we still drive to Belmont Dental Esthetics. So glad I recently switched to this dentist! Everyone--reception, hygienist, and dentist--are really friendly and very competent. And they don't push extra services or treatments. Great office.
