Got an email today reminding me of an appointment I supposedly have next week. The last appointment I was to have was in December and I cancelled it as I don't need glaucoma testing every 6 months at a clinic across the city when I'm in my 30s, get my eyes checked at a regular eye clinic, and don't have glaucoma concerns. Visited to drop off papers, seemed like a fine office. Parking is minimal, place has its own standalone door entrance.
Zero respect for patients time. People walking around chitchatting and you have to wait for hours for an appointment.
Terrible office staff. The receptionist/admin staff are rude and unable to offer any sort of professionalism or customer service.
