Absolutely the worst hospital I have EVER BEEN TO, after waiting more than a hour just to see the triage nurse I overheard another patient saying that he has been sitting there since around 2a and I got in just before 1p... Seems the only way to get treated there is if go by ambulance ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

Sequoyah Memorial Hospital: is the worst hospital in Oklahoma My mother went to the E.R. last night (03/18/2026) for pain in her sholder and back. They would not allow me back where my mom was. My mother was even asking where i was. Finally a nurse brought me back to her. The so called doctor was just a kid, maybe 24 years old with little to no experience. The dr. or any of the nurses did "NOT" explain the medication that was prescribed to her. This hospital needs to be reported to the state of Oklahoma medical board and clo... read more

Don’t recommend going here, if you can go to fort smith ER or the urgent care in sallisaw. I won’t be bringing none of my babies nor myself back. Brought my 3 yr old in with a fever and coughing they tell me respiratory infection and Tylenol or Motrin took her for a second opinion to her pediatrician this morning they tell me it’s a virus and give her antibiotics steroid and an inhaler. Sallisaw hospital would give zero stars if that was an option.
