Kelly came out the same day we had an issue with our septic system! He took the time to talk to us about problems and solutions, and proper maintenance of our septic system. Our tank ended up not needing to be pumped at all. Instead of withholding that info and charging us for a pumping that we didn't need, he told us where the real issue was (in the plumbing between the house and septic).
