Love the online check in. You are so correct, when you aren't feeling well sitting in a waiting room is torture. I checked in online, got a ping to come in. I was in the large, beautiful and clean waiting room for appx 5 minutes, in the clean exam room appx 5-10 minutes (thanks for the TV) before the provider came in. Everybody from the front desk to nurses, medical provider, etc. were very nice, compassionate and understanding. I feel confident that I have a local provider that I can rely on. Being in need of medical care in a holiday weekend, I was happy to find Sequoia Prompt Care open. Walk-in care is permitted with or without insurance. After registration, I was seen promptly, the receiving nurse was professional, friendly and thorough. The wait was short, about 10 minutes to see the Physicians Assistant, who was also very pleasant, friendly and professional. My son was seen on 07/12/2017. He was taken back into a room within 10 minutes of checking in. The nurses and Dr were great. They were quick and took the time to understand my son's symptoms. They gave him clear and great instructions on what to do at home. Total visit was less than an hour. I will be using Sequoia Prompt Care again.
