Small but CLEAN, nice, and modern rooms. Recently renovated including the pool. With the mattress was softer and there were some lights outside at night.
Extremely sketchy payment policies. They upcharge an extra 100$ in fees, want half payment up front and the other half a full week before you arrive! They demand you cancel at least a month in advance to receive a refund, even if you just booked for a week in advance. Absolutely ridiculous. Very scammy! Do not recommend doing business here
Cons: the mini-split in Room 5 (The Rae) worked but the air blowing out of it wouldn't get cold even when we put it on the AC mode. So it was just like having a fan in the room, which made for a pretty hot stay in June. The property has no ice-maker so we had to drive to the market to purchase a bag of ice. Pros: The room was equipped with a mini fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee, which was nice. The wi-fi worked well during our visit.
