Don't understand why they schedule appointments if they're not going to be on time. Every time I know I am going to lose at least 2 hours just waiting for a doctor
The Big Mexican lady at the front desk is rude. The phone staff is a joke. The denied same day appointment for my 2 year old with a swollen eye. Instead said to come in 4 days later. Imagine if it’s a spider bite or something serious. They are not trained for Toddler Care at all! Definitely don’t recommend to treat children!
My children and I have been coming to this Clinic for a couple of years. The staff have been great when we 1st started coming. But now that we been noticing the receptionist has been rude, the fat one. If there is a line, she would say I'll assist the next person but then wont assist the patient and she would be on the phone giggling. While sitting in the lobby, you can hear the receptionist giggling and gossiping as patients walk in. I would like to record them but I respect others privacy.
Again the frustration is beyond belief. The on hold time is absolutely ridiculous only to be beaten by Walgreens on Cypress. The same day appointment is ridiculous because it takes all day to get thru. Just now after a 24 minute hold I was disconnected. The “we are looking for an associate to help is a laugh. You could hire someone and do a background faster. I came for Dr appointment my first time in the building bad experience, suit #202 the MA with an actitud really bad she was mad for a reason I do not know this happened early morning. She change my appointment without give me any options she don’t even hesitate to ask if at the time I prefer, honestly she make me feel bad the way she treat me. I am MA I will never treat my patients the way she treat me. Very disappointed 12/02/2022
