My name is Angela. I’ve currently been a resident at Sequoia Grove for 7+ years I have been through more than 10 managers and Miss Alegra has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me. She’s very professional. She cares so much about the residence here she’s always making sure that everything is fixed and working properly in our units and she is such a joyful kind person That she definitely deserves some praise for the job. Well done.
Lester in maintenance deserves 5 stars, he goes out of his way to get the residents problems get fixed.
Teresa has been a helpful leasing manager. She is understanding and resolved our appliance issues quickly, ensuring our satisfaction. We appreciate her support and responsiveness. Lester, the maintenance man, is extremely helpful and always on point! He promptly addressed the few things that needed fixing, upon signing our lease. Minus one star for the apartment not being fully ready for move in due to a previous cigarette smoking tenant. All in all, Sequoia Grove Apartments is a pretty cool place to live.
