Sequoia Grove Apartments are making improvements. The parking lot will be paved, New washers and dryers are being installed, It is a gated community. There is new Porter service, and the hallways have been improved. They are very nice and clean. There is new Porter services the grounds are power washed and clean. There is an excellent maintenance team and it is under new management. The new manager is a very accommodating to the residence. The community has some of the lowest rents in the area and features upgraded units.
