Terrible experience, I visited Sequoia today around 5pm, and I was browsing. When it was 5pm, a girl who was at counter came to me and said sorry, we closed. I wasn't informed that they are gonna close soon and thought they open till 7pm as it is shown on google map, and store's door. So I asked her, okay can I get just shampoo bar cuz that's what I came here for. She said okay if it takes just a min cuz she has to close the store. In a hurry i got it and went to the counter. It's a very pretty store, but seems to focus on aesthetics vs product knowledge. The staff could not answer anything about what i was looking for, and they had no knowledge of what they carry, or what things are used for. Aura is a much better option as they are well informed about their products.
