What a fun lil gym community! Dropped in for a few days while I was in town and had two excellent coaches (Lanie & Matt) plus some really challenging but fun programming. Highly recommend this space!
I truly like working out at Sequoia Fitness. The trainers are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the gym equipment. There is structure and rules in place. The facility is clean, lockers are available, and plenty of nearby parking. I love their strength training and boxing fitness plan! I get the most out of my exercise and feel challenged (Bebe my trainer ROCKS!!). I recommend family and friends.
I love the vibes of this place. Every single trainer is amazing. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Don't think twice, join this place and you will know why its the best gym in the bay area.
