Today I had my carpets cleaned by Dana, who is the new owner He did an amazing job with a difficult situation removing pet odor that was embedded in the carpet and heavy dirt on the stairs at a very reasonable price He was very accommodating with my schedule and on time He seemed to me to be very honest, authentic and patient when listening to my concerns and addressed them in an excellent way
I called them and someone came out today and did an absolutely terrible job.....showed up an hour late and was there for less than half an hour. Carpets dont feel clean nor do they look any better.
Mike and Julie were a pleasure to work with. We most certainly recommend their services and will use them again and again.
