I have been involved in therapy off and on for 30 years. This was one of the best experiences for me and exactly what I needed. They provided many coping skills that will help me in the present and in the future. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The positives far out way the negatives. My therapist, Jessica M., was absolutely fantastic. Appreciated her patients and drive to make me get my act together.
