Sequoia was the most beneficial mental health experience I have ever had. As someone who has been in therapy on and off since 8 years old I can honestly say I’ve never been able to get this much insightful help from a single place. The staff is so in-tune and caring. I can’t recommend this place enough!

My experience here has been life changing to say the least. My therapist, Jessica, is the best therapist I've ever seen and I can't say that enough. She alone made this a profound and tremendous experience! I feel seen, heard, validated, pushed, and supported completely. I am leaving with so many tools to help me through the next stages in my life.
My husband came to Sequoia after struggling with depression for years. Over the past several months, I have seen so much growth in him! The compassionate staff, support of the groups, and value he has found from his therapy sessions have allowed him to regain his independence and self-esteem. Sequoia has significantly improved our lives, and I would highly recommend this program to anyone struggling with mental health issues.
