I rented the Beachcomber Cottage 7/21. I loved the location on Three Crabs Road and the views were really spectacular. There was so much birdlife and sealife to enjoyI didn't bring a kayak but you could literally walk out the back porch , down a couple of steps, and to the water. The cottage itself is low key and a perfect hideaway.
