We rented a 30x10 unit here and we highly recommend this storage facility! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We liked the security of this place and it is always clean!

Rented a postal mailbox at the Deer Park Road self storage facility for several years. Staff was always helpful and friendly when picking up packages 📦 too large for my box. Facilities were always well maintained, clean, and safe. Stopped using the facility only because I eventually had a secure mailbox at my residence. Would recommend the mailbox service there to anyone in need of it.
new system of billing is problematic as is loss of previous staff
