I scheduled my manicure appointment ahead and arrived right on time, but my service didn’t begin until about 30 minutes later. I sat waiting in the chair with no updates, which was frustrating. When a nail tech finally came over, she upsold me on dip instead of gel (which I didn’t mind) but she never actually performed the manicure service I originally requested.
