First time experience, I didn't understand the process or the staff.
The pedicure and manicure were bad and overpriced. Technician was rough and incompetent, she complained that my nails on my feet and hands were too short to work with. She did not bother to scrub any callous off my feet and did not trim any of the cuticles on my fingers. The water was almost scalding hot in the foot bath.
