The pedicure and manicure were bad and overpriced. Technician was rough and incompetent, she complained that my nails on my feet and hands were too short to work with. She did not bother to scrub any callous off my feet and did not trim any of the cuticles on my fingers. The water was almost scalding hot in the foot bath. She did not stay put with me and was always up and about the shop. She spoke very loudly in a language other than English the nearly entire time. I was stressed out and feel very ripped off. Awful Service. Terrible, cheap client experience. Expect this kind of operation in the city, not Sequim.

i’m not sure who the lady was who did my nails, but i went there for a fill. everyone there did not seem friendly, or didn’t make conversation. i felt very awkward. my usual girl, who makes me feel super comfortable and her whole family will come and talk to their clients, aren’t open on sundays which was the only day i was able to get my nails done for graduation. i usually get a milky, sheer white color, which i was disappointed that they didn’t have, so i got a light pink instead. when the lady was using the e file on my ... read more
