Update: Its been months and I have still yet to receive any of my records at all. Not even a list of appointments or forms and agreements I supposedly signed giving my rights up. They have also attempted no communication and have potentially jeopardized the outcome of my VA claim by withholding all my records completely which is against both federal and state laws. The counselors / therapist here are great, but the person, Doug Blessings, who runs the practice or perhaps just does the billing, is incompetent and unprofessional and greedy. A few years ago he charged my card for “missed appointments” almost a full year after i had stopped seeing my therapist. There was no warning of the over $240 he charged me, so since I didn’t know who was charging me I filed a dispute with my credit card. My counselor seems very judgmental and no one ever answers the phone. The stupid robot that answers the phone doesnt know what time it is
