What a lovely stay. We showed up 6 hours! before check-in and were gracefully shown our room with no delay. The patio and yard off our room was a comfortable sunny spot for the hound. Thank you for your hospitality!
This place is a dump! Check in by a dismissive lady, who could care less about you. We went into our room to find that the carpet was wet, squishy wet. We immediately told the dismissive lady at the front desk and she wasn't concerned, didn't apologize or offer us a different room. The tub/shower controls barely worked. You had to fidget with the knob to get any cold water to come out. The in room coffee maker only had decaf and the wife was pretty sure the bed linens have not been laundered in a while. Very dirty and poorly maintained hotel. Old, scratchy polyester blankets, hair on the bathroom walls, urine around the toilet seat, a moldy patio, and a filthy swimming pool with cloudy water and visible grime. Definitely would not stay here again.
