Brought my vehicle here after taking it to 3 other shops in the area. 2 In Port Angeles and 1 in Sequim. I had an intermittent issue that was hard to replicate without driving my vehicle extensively. The staff here were knowledgeable and fair. I had to bring it in a few times to work with them to narrow down what it was. I was only charged for parts and services that fixed my issue, not for any troubleshooting that had to take place in the process. This is a local shop with friendly reasonable staff. Marvin tells it straight and won't do work unless you give the go ahead. I'm sad to say that Marvin sold the business and I have yet to have a truly positive experience with the new owners. I will update as I come to know more
Had my car break down and was told to take it here, I'm glad I did. Tom was very professional and helpful even with some unexpected problems. No surprises from them. Appreciated that they got me a ride back to the hotel as well. Great shop, great people! Thanks Tom and Trenton as well as the techs that fixed my car!
