Please do not go here. You are a number and once you pay for your treatment you are dismissed. I invested in my smile, only to leave with space they created and refused to take accountability. This office has affected my smile and my confidence.
They no longer do "in house" retainer replacement. Now, they scan, send it out and it takes 4 to 6 weeks (months to month and a half). They may not fit in a month and a half. Not for $500 for top and bottom replacement.
My granddaughter was informed she would need braces. I was finally able to find Sequence in Waldorf. What a great orthodontist office. From the 1st call it’s been a great experience. The entire staff is phenomenal. We have at least a year left but I’m extremely grateful. Thanks to the amazing team !!!!!
The staff is very friendly. They explained how I should wear my retainer and how to care for it - what to do & not to do.
