Excellent experience from start to finish with our window installers. dale was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the best window and sliding glass door style for our house. The installation crew, theodore and zachary, were efficient, skilled carpenters and very easy to talk to throughout the job. They carefully reflashed and sealed each window opening using current installation standards, properly tied the existing weather barrier into the new flashing and nail fins, neatly cut back the jambs, and fit the new trim with... read more
Highly recommend this window installation team. We had 14 windows replaced in our home and were very impressed from start to finish. We got several quotes from different window installers, and this crew stood out as the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained the window replacement options clearly, helped us compare styles and features, and made it simple to see how each choice would affect the final price in the estimate. The installation crew, especially Leonard, did an excellent job. They worked car... read more

They inspected the window opening, found bad flashing and gaps aroun... read more
We recently hired Sequel Water Damage Restoration to replace all of our windows with new ones in Stuart. From the first visit, Angel was very knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and professional. He gave us clear and honest advice while we were choosing the right window options and never pressured us at any point. Angel and the crew did a very thorough window installation job, showed up on time each day, kept the work area clean, and finished the project as promised. The new windows look excellent, help with the Florida heat... read more
Sequel Water Damage Restoration sent installers Leonard, Dale, and Theodore, and they handled the window installation in a careful, fast, and detailed way. They used a high-quality sealant and made sure everything was fitted properly. After the install, they walked me through all the window parts and showed me how each mechanism works. I really liked that they make sure the retrofit windows are simple for the customer to open and use, while also looking very nice. In Stuart, the energy-efficient glass I chose is already help... read more
