Anthony is a true professional. He responded to my initial request for a quotation almost immediately and then followed up quickly with a written quote which he explained in detail over the phone. He also picked up some deficiencies in my existing switchboard and advised a solution. He arrived promptly on the day and was happy to explain what he was doing and why. We recently had SEQ Sparky come out to sort an issue where bath water had been leaking into a light fitting. They were quick to respond, professional, and immediately made the area safe by isolating the light. They explained everything clearly, gave honest and helpful advice, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work.
