I had a great first experience at Commonwealth Medical Practice. The staff were very responsive, polite, respectful, and helpful throughout my appointment. Even after the appointment, they continued to assist me with several follow-up questions and tasks, including helping make sure my medical documents were sent to the right place. I really appreciated their professionalism and the way they went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend this practice.

Kaley, NP, is wonderful. She made me feel listened to and understood and was so sweet and compassionate to my health. She is a natural! The girls at the front desk are also amazing and on top of everything. This clinic is awesome and I highly recommend it to anyone!

I have been with Dr. Sepulveda for several years now. I was very shy at first but now I am more comfortable talking with him. He is very intelligent and is a great physician with great bedside manners.
