They are great communicators from start to finish. When I first called, they told me their exact hourly rates and their soonest availability. They kept me posted on their arrival times and sent me before and after pictures. I was expecting a huge bill for a broken pipe on the water main, but it turned out to be a leaky nut on the water meter. I'm looking forward to trusting them with all the other plumbing work that my fixer upper needs.
