Way more than 5 stars!! Seriously, we are so grateful we found Septic solutions!! We needed both a basic pumping but also an inspection and some advice, and we couldn't be happier with the technicians who came out! They were able to identify a relatively minor issue, explained everything clearly, and showed us what they meant/were referring to! Shane and his crew were excellent! He did the design and build in a very tricky spot (wet, lots of trees, sloped, etc) and he found a way to get it all done. The crew was great working in tight spots around the gardens and orchard trees too...you could tell they took great pride in working quickly but also taking care of the customer's space. I'd recommend SSN wholeheartedly!
You absolutely can’t get more professional, knowledgeable or easy to work with than Shane and his crew. They made getting an entire septic system overhaul as quick and painless as possible. Shane was always in touch to keep me informed as the work progressed and did a great job clearing and putting the landscaping back together afterward. They work with Craft 3 loans as well which made financing the work much easier.
