*** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY *** Too bad there’s not a ZERO star review Paid to have septic tank pumped ….after they “finished” there was 500gallons of septic waste left in the tank per the second company that had to come finish the job Septic Solutions Started and failed to finish. After asking the company about it with pictures showing the problem. They said “we don’t have the man power to pump the entire tank.” ……this has been shared with the Better Business Bureau too.
Due to all our rain the last 2 months, the drain fields & septic were full and the ground saturated. The toilets had nowhere for the water to go. The house began stinking :/ so I was referred to you from a friend. They arrived on time and got right to work! The guys were great to talk to and everything went great. The price was good, and they saved me extra dollars by working on the lid to get it off instead of busting it up and costing more money, so thank you for that! Over-all experience with them was great.
One technician told me I needed a float replacement. He didn't have the parts. Another crew came out on another day and said it wasn't the float that it was the alarm. They didn't have the parts so I needed a third visit. Apparently they don't leave messages on voice mail. I don't pick up unknown #'s. Charlene was snippy with her unprofessional response.
