I’m not sure why all of the reviews saying this business is nonresponsive because my own experience is quite the opposite. Business hours are clearly posted and the lady that answers the phone, which I believe is the owner, is very responsive and amazing. When it comes to the product it does not disappoint. Saved me from spending thousands of dollars.
Update: I finally received my product almost 3 wks later & multiple calls/voice msgs with no one ever returning my calls to address my concern. Not changing my rating due to lack of responsiveness.
.the Chemical is good but the service sucks. This is twice I've ordered septic sence , paid by card the 4th of March and still haven't received my order yet. I've left messages and get O response. 5 weeks. And no delivery yet I bet they have my money . Once again piss poor business. The last time I ordered I was told they had a breach in their system and couldn't send my order out . Took forever. Was told they would give me an extra 5lb. Tub because of the delay.you think I'll get it.
We have used Septic Sense for our septic tanks since the late 1980's. We love that it keeps our tanks from clogging. I recommend Septic Sense to anyone that has a septic tank. Thanks for a great product.
