Woman at the desk was incredibly helpful and courteous. She was able to help me find the products I needed to assemble a wonderful septic system that I can finally be proud to show my friends and family
I am giving a 5 star period I was in a bind. We normally use another supplier. They got right on it even though we didn't have an account set up before today. And I got my problem taken care of. Looking forward to using them in the future
I literally called to ask a question regards the septic tank system, and I have woman representative that was unbelievable rude. Didn’t want to help and hang up. I called again and a man answered right way and as I’m explaining was just had happen, he as well hung up in my face. This happened April 19, 2024, around 12:45 pm Eastern time. I’m giving these details hoping a superior called them out on their lack of professionalism. In the end of the day that’s represents SPI. No wonder why the reviews are so bad!!
