In February, I contacted Scott from Septic Medic to pump and inspect my new home's septic system. He promised to call me when the ground softened but never did. I called him again in June/July, and he apologized, promising to call after his trucks returned from the shop. Again, no call. When a foul smell appeared in August, I called him a third time. Very kind, came pretty much right away. They explained everything and installed our new motor quickly. Answered all our questions and there is a warranty on the new parts. Fixed the issue immediately and we got the price before the work

Scott and his team were amazing, our septic needed to be rebuilt and his team got everything done in one day for an extremely fair price. I would recommend them to anyone who has septic issues!

Called for service on septic system and Peter arrived in about one hour.He diagnosed the problem which was caused by another company in about two minutes and fixed it at very minimum cost Stay away from corporations who are buying up smaller businesses . Stick with those that family owned and operated.
