Septic Medic always come on time and do a great job. You can always get a hold of them and they will always call you back. They are also fairly priced and can work with your schedule. Very courteous and prompt.

I moved into my home almost 3 yrs ago and could not locate the septic clean out lid or cover. Medic was the 3rd company I had called. Scott took almost 1/2 hr over the phone explaining how to locate it and how it would save money if we had to dig it up. His time, personality and fairness is why I chose Medic. When I called back 3 days later to say we found it, Scott said they could be here in 1/2 hr. In February, I contacted Scott from Septic Medic to pump and inspect my new home's septic system. He promised to call me when the ground softened but never did. I called him again in June/July, and he apologized, promising to call after his trucks returned from the shop. Again, no call. When a foul smell appeared in August, I called him a third time.
