I thought they did a fine job pumping out my tank. But 3 months later I had to have unrelated repairs done to my risers and covers, and the new guys said the tank looked only partly empty—-not at all as if it had been fully pumped. Friendly guy they sent out though.
Fast and friendly. Ben did the job today. PSA help them dig up the lid. They greatly appreciate it.
Frustrating experience - I assumed the company had knowledge of what condition they can and can’t inspect a septic in but instead they scheduled an inspection with us in the middle of January and called the day before to cancel because it was too cold. We pushed our appointment back to the following day (only a little warmer) only for them to call 30mins before the appointment saying they are just now looking up the county records and will have to wait until they receive the paper work.
