They did a great job. I would have given them five stars however, they did not honor their upfront pricing. After the work was done they added another $70.00 for a fuel charge and environmental fee. They should have told me about the surcharges before they started working.

Tony and his crew pumped our septic tank, located the field lines, and did an inspection letter for us. We were happy with the promptness and professionalism his crew demonstrated while at our property. Thank you.

I called Septic Express due to having multiple issues with my septic tank. Tony scheduled my appointment and the guys were actually early due to my emergency. Very knowledgeable and hard working and fair priced. I will definitely be referring Tony and his guys.

Tony and his team showed up on time, delivered as promised (frankly, OVER delivered, which was a great thing) and were completely exceptional with every component of the job. It was a complete septic system renovation / installation with a pump system, and frankly I've never seen a team "attack" a project like Septic Express. From the time he came to scope the job to the time it was completed, Tony showed he knows his business and can do the job right. Thanks Tony - you have a customer and referral source for life!
