The listing is out of date,they don't pump tanks no more and the woman hung up,to rude for any future business from me
They are absolutely terrible to the point of being criminal. They will sell you an incredibly pricey "warranty" so you never have to worry about your septic tank issues ever again, but what that really means is that they put you on their "do not answer, and do not call back" list. If you do catch them at a moment of weakness and the lying woman actually answers the phone, they will set an appointment and then just not show up and not answer the phone and the whole process starts over. We hired Septic Express to replace our septic system but they put the tank in wrong. We were referred by action septic pro and decided to go with them. They installed a new tank and drain field at a reasonable price (middle of 3 bids) and it worked great. But about 19 months after it was installed it stopped working, right around Thanksgiving, and sewage backed up into the house.
