We had our septic tank pumped today and were quoted a price between $275–$375, including the service call fee. However, when we scheduled the appointment, we were never informed that this pricing only covered liquids. Why would the quoted price for septic pumping not include solids as well? Because of this lack of transparency, we ended up paying $584 because the technician had to “break up” and remove the solids. This service was expected on 4/22/26 or non service. I had situation I could not be there. Arranged with them signing paperwork to have someone else there. Appt was between 11 to 2. Showed up at 3:45. Took 15 minutes told representing me that the filter needed replaced $800 plus. My person said no can’t approve. Didn’t ask if wanted empty anyway. Just left.
