Well, well, well a simple pump out as we thought turned into a drastic cost of a blown burnout septic tank motor. 😨 TERRIFED WITH MANY EMOTIONS!!!! Let me tell you about Bradley S. Great experience with Jerry from Septic Blue. We needed to have septic pumped and cleaned as well as broken parts replaced. Jerry showed up on time. He did a complete and neat job of cleaning and replacing old hardware for new. He was professional and kind. We won't hesitate to use Septic Blue in the future. Highly recommended.

Incredible scam artists. Go anywhere else. Had a problem with leech field oversaturated. Figured my tank was full so I called for a tank drain. Tech comes out and tells me there is root damage throughout the entire system, and the mitigation valves are locked shut from root damage. Quotes me $7800 for repairs getting all the roots out. I cant afford it so I asked him to just drain the tank and come back later for repairs. Well he breaks all 3 of my concrete lids (2 on tank, 1 on pump). Scott was fantastic! I had quite the job and he kept me informed during the entire process! Originally I had scheduled a septic pump out, but once Scott located my septic tank he discovered tree limbs in my pipes and a tank overdue for service! ! He handled everything with positivity and amazing focus! And he also installed septic covers, so I will never need to have anyone to dig up my yard. Extremely happy with the service I received!
