I usually never leave reviews, but September's Bride was phenomenal. The store itself is so adorable! I had great customer service! Not one single complaint. Also the prices were fantastic. Any person I passed that worked there when I was looking around was very friendly. They were in no way pushy or rude. I am so happy I decided to go to September's Bride, I found my perfect dress for my big day!
We had a great experience with every other vendor at our wedding. Everyone except September Bride is getting rave reviews. Simply, because everyone else did what they said they would. My wife had to take the dress purchased from september bride and have it taken somewhere else to be cleaned and altered THE WEEK OF OUR WEDDING!!! The women that saw the alterations laughed and said "I have never seen anything like this". Be warned. Go else where. I promise it is not worth the headache. They do not deserve the business. P.S. The abysmal service they have provided my family continues. I hate to see this happen to anyone else. Please be cautious should you decided to deal with this salon. If anything goes wrong they will refuse to take accoutability for their actions and blame you. If anyone doubts that this review is exaggerated or unreasonable please know that the bride this happened to is one of the kindest most generouse individuals you will ever encounter. Simply incredible from start to end! I came flying into town from my duty station several states away. We are getting married much sooner than we had planned and I had one day to find a dress and Tami and Rachel made it possible. They were in no way pushy, rude or overbearing. They were excellent at listening to my ideas, but also encouraged me to try things I'd usually never wear just so I could see what I thought.
