I have been a patient of Dr Hadden at Aumsville Medical Clinic for years. I love him and his medical assistant. In all the years I have been going there I have seen almost every provider in that office and their assistants. They are all amazing and I have never once had an issue. This clinic literally goes out of their way to get myself or my family seen in a timely fashion when needed and always listens to my concerns. I would highly recommend Aumsville to anyone you asks.
I did not feel like Dr. King wanted me to take control of my own health, she is more into writing prescriptions than anything natural & healthy. I was referred to another doctor by her regarding my eye and the whole time with him he talked about cosmetic surgery lifting my eye lids which had nothing to do with my appt. & the reason I was even there. So, I felt like it was all about money.
Dr. Hadden sees my whole family. He takes his time to explain things and talk about concerns. Have not had a problem in the two years we have seen him. However there is one receptionist that is pretty rude everytime i call. If it were easier to get my spouse to see the doctor i would switch just to avoid her all together.
Letting this person operate on me was the worst mistake of my life.
She researched and read up about me prior to my visit and was personable. I liked that she took this time. Too many doctors haven't a clue even if its in your charts from all the forms filled out and they rush. She took time with me. She asked me about many areas in my life that can affect my health and was pro active in setting up tests. I was amazed how fast each department called me after my visit.
Proactive, enthusiastic, efficient, straight-talking and, most importantly, knowledgeable doctor. His staff has been no less professional either.
Dr. Hadden has his own homeopathic agend. His medical assistant is cold, rude and unprofessional. She showed no compassion, concern or care for my problem. She misrelayed information to the doctor which cause great confusion and frustration. I now dread calling when I have a problem due to the treatment and judgement of her.
Although Dr. King herself is a fine doctor, I would not recommend anyone to the facility due to problems and untimely responses from billing to getting test results. I am leaving the practice as a patient due to the problems.
