I just want to share my experience that I had at Sephora today with Aminah. I have been having a pretty shitty few days due to ongoing health problems and was nervous about venturing out of the house because of my health ( feeling insecure) Aminah was the first person that greeted me like a human being and made me feel very valued and cared for. She did not push any product on me and really listened when I spoke. I’m usually a Mecca girl but I’ll be visiting Sephora again to see Aminah and shop !
I visited the Sephora at Warringah Mall a few weeks ago and had such a great experience. A staff member named Katie helped me find my shade for the Haus Labs concealer, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so genuine, honest, and extremely helpful. She really took her time with me and made sure I found the perfect match. She also helped my friend afterwards, and we were both honestly blown away by how good she was as an advisor.
