Some staff have been quite helpful over the many years that I have not only shopped at this location, but also spent plenty of $, and have also been a member. Shout out to Brittany. Unfortunately, there are also some repugnant “Karen’s” at this location; it is what it is. I will not be coming back. Mecca is 10x better, anyway.
I bought an item today and couldn't remember my log in details to my Sephora account. The girl behind the counter couldn't be more disinterested and rude. Was a disappointing experience.
Shout out to Clare! She was so lovely and helped me find the perfect foundation match There was also another sweet employee opposite us helping a lady find new products. Both girls were super welcoming and kind 🫶

I first went into Mecca, with no service, let alone a hello.. I went Sephora and was welcome by a worker called Clair. I asked her advice and she did two types of foundation and concealer. She was very knowledgeable and gave great tips on what to use and also gave a wide range of products to recommend. The stores great… but the workers are even better. It’s hard to find considerate people and thanks for that.
