This was my first time at the salon and I was very impressed with the professionalism of Ms. Terria She is very knowledgeable in her field of cosmetology , she gave me a few hair tips that I can do at home also; she get to know her clients on a professional level regarding their hair and how the client likes to have their hair done. I was very happy with the level of service provided. The shop is very well cleaned and organized. I will keep coming back for sure. Thank you Terria, you are awesome!
On time knowledgeable and respectful
At the store I ask the attendant if chargers were in the box, he said cables were in there. Me assuming our adapters were going to work, not knowing the cables had been changed to USB-C connectors. He was more interested in the next sale rather accommodating my concerns. They have so much business they are not concerned with these details. I will go online for the accessories. Just a disappointing experience. I will shop at the perimeter store next time. My choice!
During my recent visit to Apple, I had an unpleasant experience with customer service. It was a busy day, and I noticed that most employees were occupied. I approached an employee wearing an Apple shirt who was chatting with another staff member and asked for assistance.
