Nava in Sephora Pitt St was just exceptional. She made time for me to browse all the products, made recommendations and then tested my skin to find the best foundations. She then took the time to test them on my skin and find the perfect formula and match. Very happy with her service and I highly recommend!!!
Staff are all talking among themselves and when you ask for help it’s as if they’re offended that you interrupted their conversations. Exchange and refund policy all also bullsh*t because i genuinely had a product that started stinging my lips and it’s not even a lip plumper. I asked them if i should try the product in front of them and see the allergy reaction on the spot and they couldn’t say anything. Overall staff are rude and company policy is so strict, mecca on top
Nava is the sweetest human being omg. She helped me n my family pick out products, gave us her time, good advice n deserves a raise. period.
I needed to get lipstick from the shelf, im not sure i can do it by myself. So i asked the staff "hi, how are you? Do you mind getting me this?". And two staffs saw me and just walked away, didn't do anything. I wouldn't take this as racism, since they were both Asian. Probably one from South Asia, and the other from North East Asia. Regardless of this was racism or not, i didn't feel good about it. Very frustrating and disappointing.
