My mum and I walked into Sephora on a Thursday evening to look for some help with some makeup recommendations. We didn't have a booking for the makeup consult, but Lottie approached us to ask if we needed help. We explained what we were after, and she sat us down and went through a bunch of recommendations with us. She was helpful, friendly and honest. mum ended up buying a bunch of products!
