Rude customer service, don’t even talk to customer properly. I just simply asked for a wrap for a present but she responded so arrogantly like I bring money for you it’s not like I’m asking for money. The lady at the counter don’t even greet and thanks me at all when I am the customer have to say thank you back to her. That’s why the store is not busy. I used to love coming to sephora but this customer service is giving a 0/10. If she’s not happy with work then stay home don’t spread the negativity to other customers.
I can’t believe the aircon in there. Every time I go in there I have to walk out. The poor girls working. I used to get my eyebrows done at the benefit bar, I can’t physically sit there anymore summer or winter it’s just way too cold in there. It should be illegal working conditions. I went to test my shade for a summer foundation, they lost my sale I went to Mecca I couldn’t sit in there with the AC. Really disappointing.
THIRD time I have been to this store and the third time I have had a terrible experience. The sales assistants ignored me, when I tried to ask for help they walked past me and I was so disheartened and felt so small I just left the store. No one deserves to be made to feel like they are unwelcome.
I don’t understand why everytime I go in the workers act like they hate you and you are inconveniencing them. The customer service is absurd
