terrible customer service. no one asking if needing help. almost like if you don’t look made up and know what you’re doing with makeup they don’t care about you. more interested in chatting with each other than with customers.
Just came from Mecca at Myer, and the service there was excellent. The whole experience felt welcoming, and genuinely elegant - you could really feel the difference in atmosphere the moment you walked in. Meanwhile, Sephora Pitt St felt completely different. The customer service came across dismissive and cliquey, and the staff barely acknowledged me when I asked questions, the effort was not there. Which is honestly a shame, because Sephora carries so many amazing brands.
1 staff with a bold makeup and walking like a supermodel wannabe , so rude she was just talking to one of her colleagues and laughing. when i asked for help to find if there is any stock of the product that i was looking for, she said she was gonna check. i stood there waiting for her to come back but after more than 8 minutes i decided to ask another staff for help. when i was walking towards the check out, she was there standing doing nothing (?) if you wanna stand pretty and walk around the store modeling then dont work i... read more
