Had a purchase at 5:10 pm today (19 july 2026). The product is as good as always. However, the staff service was terrible, especially from the dark-skinned lady ( “Mackenzie M” name printed on the reciept ) at the checkout counter. She even threw the product in front of us and kept talking with her colleague without showing any customer care. Give her a trainning. Thanks, very disappointing experience.

Staff was really really rude especially the blonde long straight hair who was working on sunday around 2pm and chatting with curly hair staff. Are you serious, if you treat how people dress then your staff needs to be trained properly and teach them not to be rude and mocking with the collegue about the customer. And yeah I don't know makeup that's why we ask you about the products and that's why you are trained. And please learn basic manners
